1. Acceptance of Terms

By using TranslateVideo, creating an account, purchasing credits, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service.

2. Service Description

TranslateVideo provides online tools for video translation, subtitle translation, dubbing, and related processing workflows. Features, limits, supported formats, pricing, and availability may change over time as the product evolves.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service when required for maintenance, reliability, security, compliance, or product changes.

3. Account and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.

If we reasonably believe an account is being used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized automation, unlawful content, or activity that threatens the integrity of the service, we may restrict or suspend access.

4. Acceptable Use and Content Safety

You may only use TranslateVideo for lawful purposes and for content you have the legal right to upload, translate, dub, reproduce, or distribute. You are responsible for ensuring that your source media, uploaded files, generated audio, translated subtitles, dubbed output, voice-cloned speech, and lip-synced video outputs comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Strictly prohibited: You must not use TranslateVideo to upload, process, translate, dub, generate, clone voices for, lip-sync, publish, distribute, or assist in creating NSFW, adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually exploitative, nude, fetish, or erotic content of any kind. This prohibition applies to both source content and AI-generated output, including subtitles, dubbed audio, cloned voices, translated scripts, and lip-synced video.

You must not use TranslateVideo to create or process sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, revenge pornography, sexual deepfakes, impersonation for sexual purposes, or any content that exploits, harasses, threatens, or abuses another person.

You must not use TranslateVideo to create deceptive deepfakes, face-swap content, unauthorized face manipulation, unauthorized voice impersonation, or any output that misrepresents a real person as saying or doing something without proper rights, consent, or lawful authorization.

You must not use TranslateVideo to infringe copyright, violate privacy or publicity rights, impersonate another person without authorization, bypass access controls, distribute unlawful content, or abuse platform resources.

Enforcement: We may review jobs, uploads, metadata, account behavior, and generated outputs for safety, abuse, payment-compliance, or legal-risk signals. If we reasonably believe that you have violated this section, we may block the job, delete or disable access to the output, suspend processing, revoke credits, restrict features, disable your account, cancel subscriptions, refuse future purchases, report activity to payment processors or relevant authorities, and preserve related records for compliance and fraud-prevention purposes.

Repeated, intentional, or high-risk violations may result in permanent account termination without prior notice.

5. Credits, Free Access, and Paid Services

New users may receive free credits or limited trial access so they can evaluate the service before making a payment decision. Trial access is intended to let users test quality, workflow fit, and output suitability.

Paid features may be offered through one-time purchases, recurring subscriptions, or other pricing models shown on the site. Usage rules, quotas, and feature access may vary by plan.

6. Subscription Management

If you purchase a recurring subscription, it will continue until cancelled. To avoid renewal charges, you must disable auto-renewal from your account area before the next billing cycle begins.

7. Output Availability

Processing results are made available for download after a job completes. You are responsible for reviewing and downloading your deliverables promptly.

Because result files are retained for a limited time only, delayed retrieval may result in permanent loss of access to those files after the retention window expires.

8. No Guarantee of Error-Free Output

AI-generated transcription, translation, dubbing, and subtitle output can contain mistakes, omissions, or quality differences depending on source material, language pair, audio quality, and configuration choices.

You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or using them in professional, commercial, or legal contexts.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TranslateVideo is provided on an as-available basis without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, suitability for a particular purpose, or completely error-free operation. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or business-interruption losses arising from use of the service.
